Robert Kuntz

Bob Kuntz


Robert Kuntz studied at the Art Institute of Chicago, Contemporary Art Workshop, Chicago, and Indiana University at South Bend. Bob is a lifelong resident of South Bend who began his professional life as a modeler for design icon Raymond Lowey and for Studebaker. He was employed as a sculpture instructor at St. Mary's College at Notre Dame and at Goshen College, and owned and managed Model Tech Display Studio in South Bend.

In front of the scupture is a section of steel Beam from "Ground Zero" the site of the collapsed World Trade Center following the terrorist attack in New York City in September 2001.
